Printre acestea se num\u0103r\u0103 diferen\u021be salariale semnificative, remunerarea\u00a0pe ocupa\u021bii cu salarii mai mici, distribuirea inegal\u0103 a muncii \u0219i a responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor familiale, \u0219i accesul limitat la \u00eengrijirea copilului.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Problema egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen \u00een Republica Moldova, este\u00a0determinat\u0103 \u0219i de faptul c\u0103 de\u0219i avem\u00a0o legisla\u021bie bun\u0103 \u0219i corespunz\u0103toare tuturor normelor interna\u021bionale, ce folos c\u0103 o avem neimplimentat\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>Un nou studiu, realizat \u00een anii 2018-2019 arat\u0103 diferen\u021bele salariale dintre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi pe diverse domenii de activitate public\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza informa\u021biilor oferite de aplica\u021bia gender pulse, \u00eentre anii 2018 \u2013 2019 \u00een privin\u021ba dimensiunii de gen \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103, demonstreaz\u0103 clar decalajul salarial evident dintre b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei \u00een Republica Moldova, b\u0103rba\u021bii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u00e2nd mai bine comparativ cu femeile.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit rezultatelor studiului, \u00een 2018, c\u00e2\u0219tigul salarial lunar \u00een lei \u00een Agricultur\u0103, Silvicultur\u0103 \u0219i Pescuit, constituia 3.818,7 mii lei pentru femei \u0219i 4.329,8 mii lei pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi, \u00een timp ce \u00een anul urm\u0103tor, 2019, salariul femeilor \u00een acest domeniu a crescut ajung\u00e2nd la 4.378,2 iar cel al b\u0103rba\u021bilor continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 mai mare, de 4.913,2 mii lei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a lei, tot \u00een favoarea b\u0103rba\u021bilor. Mai exact cu un raport de 5.904,0 mii lei (femei) \u0219i 7.255,4 mii lei (b\u0103rba\u021bi). Acest raport a cunoscut o u\u0219oar\u0103 imbun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire \u00een anul 2019 \u00eens\u0103 tot cu salariu mai mare pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi \u2013 6.714,3 (femei) \u0219i 8.348, 7 mii lei (b\u0103rba\u021bi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un decalaj mai pu\u021bin vizibil se poate observa \u00een domeniul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului.
