\u00cen data de 15 octombrie, la nivel mondial este s\u0103rb\u0103torit\u0103 Ziua Interna\u021bional\u0103 a Femeilor din Mediul Rural iar cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, Federa\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 a Fermierilor din Moldova a organizat un eveniment, o \u201cmas\u0103 rotund\u0103\u201d la care au fost invitate doamne \u00eendr\u0103gostite de agricultur\u0103.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Scopul acestui eveniment este cel de a apropia femeile, de a le face mai solidare \u00eentre ele, de a le promova pentru ca acestea s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i conduc\u0103 independent afacerile, devenind lideri, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd profituri maxime din ceea ce produc.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Potrivit prezent\u0103rii realizate de c\u0103tre expertul CBS Expert Research, Vasile Cantarj\u00ee, \u201c Profilul Femeilor din Zona Rural\u0103\u201d, c\u00e2t prive\u0219te aspectul antreprenoriatului \u00een zona rural\u0103, pozi\u021biile de manageri sunt ocupate \u00een propor\u021bie de 78,4% de b\u0103rba\u021bi, \u00een timp ce femeilor le revin pozi\u021bia de manageri doar 21,6%. Este a\u0219adar din p\u0103cate o inegalitate destul de mare la acest capitol \u0219i aici \u00eenc\u0103 mai avem de lucru. Nici uneia dintre ele nu le-a fost u\u0219or mai ales la \u00eenceputuri, confrunt\u00e2ndu-se cu fricile de e\u0219ec, cu lipsa resurselor financiare sau nefiind sus\u021binute de cineva pentru a putea porni la drum. Cu toate acestea, au pus la b\u0103taie toat\u0103 priceperea, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i \u00eencrederea c\u0103 vor reu\u0219i \u0219i au \u00eencercat. We have become accustomed to seeing our women in the fields, vineyards or orchards, in production sections, women who initiate and develop beautiful businesses in agriculture and become examples for other women as well. However, according to statistics, only 15% of them own businesses in agriculture.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We want to motivate our women even more, to offer them our support to succeed in achieving what they want and for this purpose we, the National Federation of Farmers of Moldova are constantly with them, our women.<\/div>\n

On October 15, the International Day of Rural Women is celebrated worldwide and on this occasion, the National Federation of Farmers of Moldova organized an event, a “round table” to which ladies in love with agriculture were invited.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The purpose of this event is to bring women closer, to make them more supportive of each other, to promote them so that they can run their businesses independently, becoming leaders, obtaining maximum profits from what they produce.<\/div>\n
According to the presentation made by the CBS Expert Research expert, Vasile Cantarj\u00ee, \u201cThe Profile of Women in Rural Areas\u201d, regarding the aspect of entrepreneurship in rural areas, the positions of managers are occupied in proportion of 78.4% by men, while women the position of managers only 21.6%.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
So, unfortunately, there is a pretty big inequality in this regard and we still have work to do here. On the other hand, the same statistics show that 55.8% of women in the village are domestic, unemployed, compared to 44.2% represented by men. Therefore, we understand that for the most part, women, especially those in villages, still prefer to give priority to family, children, care around the home and less to hold senior positions or have the courage to start their own businesses on that they also lead them.<\/div>\n

Many of the major issues facing women – leaders in agriculture were presented at the round table and included in the agenda of the deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, Marcela Nistor, whom we thank for their presence and active involvement in discussions.<\/div>\n
The open attitude he showed and the desire to help improve many aspects, makes us all more optimistic and confident that more and more women who will start businesses in rural areas will benefit from all the support and attention including our authorities.<\/div>\n

We are very happy that our round table was attended by women with entrepreneurship, women leaders, with ambition, courage and determination from the most diverse branches of agriculture: beekeeping, animal husbandry, viticulture, producers of blackberries, cereals, dairy and others. . It was not easy for any of them, especially in the beginning, facing the fears of failure, lack of financial resources or not being supported by anyone to be able to start on the road. However, they put all their skill, knowledge and confidence to work and tried.<\/div>\n
Most of them have succeeded and today they enjoy everyone’s appreciation. It is such women who inspire and as we like to say every time they make Moldova a better place !.<\/div>\n
