class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Femeile tr\u0103iesc, \u00een medie, cu aproape 9 ani mai mult \u0219i sunt majoritare \u00een r\u00e2ndul pensionarilor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img \u00eencurajat participarea femeilor pe pia\u021ba muncii, Moldova \u00eenc\u0103 se confrunt\u0103 cu un dezechilibru vizibil \u00een accesul la pozi\u021bii de top \u0219i \u00een class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moldova face pa\u0219i \u00eenainte, dar drumul spre egalitate real\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 este lung \u2014 \u0219i depinde nu doar de legi, ci \u0219i de mentalit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p life<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although women in the Republic of Moldova are, on average, better educated than men, they continue to be lower paid, less frequently present in leadership positions and more affected by long-term inequalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcc9\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t82\/1\/16\/1f4c9.png\"> Persistent differences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women&#8217;s salaries are ~17% lower than
